- 1/2 avocado
- 50 grams of fresh baby spinach
- 1 nice green apple
- 1 few grapes (for taste)
- 1/2 kiwi (for the vitamins too)
- Chia seeds to mix with the smoothie
Peel the avocado and the apple then rinse and drain the spinach. Cut the avocado and apple into pieces and add the drained spinach. Mix everything in a blender with a little spring water (preferably). Pour into a bowl. Add the grapes, sliced kiwi and chia seeds, according to your taste.
