We've designed our Horus X products to last.
Competition-grade materials, CE and ANSI certification, thorough and frequent quality inspections.

But there's always a chance that something could go wrong: for any product defect (whether it's found after one day, one month, one year or 10 years) we'll offer you a free repair, replacement or refund.

The lifetime guarantee covers : Abnormal wear and tear of the product over time, manufacturing defects, breakage during standard use of the product.
The lifetime guarantee does not cover: loss, theft, breakage due to mishandling or accident.

 

30-day trial, money back guarantee *

We realise that it's not always easy to choose your next pair of glasses online without trying them on in person. To help you do this, we offer a virtual trial on each product page.

But that's not all: you have 30 days from the date of purchase to try the glasses on at home.

  • If they fit, great! We're delighted! :)
  • Are you not happy with the size, design or lenses? No problem, just contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange for your glasses to be returned to you, and we'll offer you either a credit note or a refund.

Please note that in order to benefit from a credit note or refund, the product will be analysed by our teams after return and must be in "new" condition. Please make sure that you retain all packaging, boxes and instructions and that the product remains undamaged during this 30-day period.

After this 30-day period, you no longer have the option of returning your pair of glasses free of charge to request an exchange or refund.

Conditions of application of the guarantee:

For any exchange or refund request, you must provide your initial order number (whether the order was placed on the website or on a marketplace such as Amazon). Make sure you keep this information, which you will find in your order confirmation email. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within an hour of your purchase, contact us directly by email or chat so that we can send you the information directly.
